Love is like a fickle flame

Burning hot before dark and cold again.

It can give you warmth or burn your house down.

The heart's a dangerous game to toy around.

Exposing your soul so innocently

Giving Lilith power over you sexually.

The most addictive drugs to man

Sex, food, and his right hand. 


Led by desires instead of purpose

Serving mortals and still feeling worthless

To higher powers we won't overcome

Promised equality when our time here on Earth is done.


Shed yourselves of other's expectations

Love isn't found in the constellations.

Love is within and shared through our actions

So don't be deceived by lustful distractions

If you are kind, you are worthy.

Go love yourself. Share love with others.

Zombies in Nebraska - Indie Film Locations

  A Zombie Movie Made in Nebraska?! I've been revisiting a few locations of Nebraska's 1st zombie movie, " A Cold Day In Hell ". A few scenes were captured in a small Danish-migrant town call Dannebrog, where my great-grandparent's first settled! It has a very nice bike trail that circles the town, along with a grocery store, bar, and "The Danish Baker" where they serve the state's best pizza on Thursdays!  Below is a video highlighting the trail and where these scenes were created!  A scene from "Corn-Fed Zombies: A Cold Day In Hell" shot at Dannebrog's Oak Creek Park. Between Forgiveness and Justice

  Tell yourself whatever narrative you need to find peace at the end if the guilt is too heavy. Pray to your God for forgiveness, for I have none to give until things are just in the world. Words are empty, actions run deep. I now bare scares, my heart only weeps.  The future I planned, now lays waste in the sand, salted and scorched by your hand.  - N  Forgive only those who are sincere with their wrongdoing, for they are worthy. Regret is a natural emotion when you know you've wronged someone. It's the nervous system's response to imbalance that presents itself as guilt. The ego fights the discomfort by convincing you that you're the victim and that your actions were justified. Take accountability. Own up to mistakes and set them right, as truth is the foundation of forgiveness.
