Health Disciples
If you were given 1 car to drive for the REST OF YOUR LIFE, would you put dirty oil and cheap gas in it? I hope not! So why treat our bodies any different? Maintaining and improving our health should be among our top priorities in life but unfortunately many of us have become creatures of convenience and addicted to sugar and foods fried in unhealthy oils incased in gluten. We live in environments filled with pollution because of our desire for more wealth and career opportunities. After watching many family member develop high cholesterol, heart issues, diabetes, and cancer, my priorities have now shifted. My top 3 goals are now:
1) Relocate to a blue zone (cleanest air, soil, water)
2) Eat fresh organic fruits, veggies, fish, and chicken.
3) Create day-to-day schedule with balanced time for health/exercise, healing/reflection/intention, and work.
