Blogging Vs. Vlogging?
As the end of 2023 draws near, I can't help but wonder who is about to put their life online for the very first time in 2024. I mean sure, most kids today are already on social media by their 1st year it seems, but who shares their life, interests, or hobbies with people beyond their immediate friends, family, and social circles? And if one wanted to share their oddities with complete strangers, is blogging still a viable medium? Or have our attentions spans shrunken to the point where we're only willing to give a short video a few seconds of a sales pitch to win over our interest enough to become invested in seeing where it goes?
